How long do we cover?
At Vite, we are committed to designing gear built to last. However, if something malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we take responsibility.
Your Vite product is covered by a 6-month warranty, commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty covers issues related to material defects or manufacturing faults but does not include normal wear and tear.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and is valid upon presentation of proof of purchase.
What’s covered?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults that may arise under normal use within the warranty period.
- Broken zippers or fasteners
- Failed stitching or seams
- Mesh panels or protectors coming loose due to faulty construction
- Defective materials that prevent normal use.

It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, improper installation, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

How to Claim Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact your authorized distributor or retailer where the product was purchased. Provide the proof of purchase, along with detailed information about the defect or issue.
Our team will evaluate the claim and may request the return of the product for inspection. If the defect is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs not authorized by VITE.
- Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions
- Cosmetic damages such as scratches, fading, or minor surface abrasions that do not affect performance.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
